How did things turn out to be this way?
I really have no idea at all.
It was only meant to be a simple and out-of-the-blue plan.
Were you thinking too much or am I reading too deeply into things?
My world needs to be bigger than a clamshell.
Despite the warnings about how dangerous the outside world is,
Samantha wants to take a look at it.
Isn't this part and parcel of growing?
Yes. I may seem stubborn.
But Samantha cannot imagine herself to be living under your protection forever.
In fact, she detests the 'sheltered' Samantha.
Just let her be.
Grant her some breathing space.
